Good to know
Polyurethane resin reacts with the water already in the crack. That's why it works on active leaks where patches and sealants wash out.
Foam resin grows many times its liquid size, packing the crack from the inside and blocking even fast-running leaks.
Ports are drilled at an angle so they meet the crack partway through the concrete. The resin seals the whole path, not just the surface.
Cured polyurethane bends as concrete moves with frost and temperature, so the seal doesn't crack the way rigid fillers can.
Groundwater leaking into sewers gets pumped and treated like sewage. Sealing manholes and chambers cuts that extra flow.
No excavation, no torn-up landscaping or pavement. When we're done, the ports come out and the holes are patched.
We come out, find where the water is getting in and give you a clear price.
We drill small ports and pump in resin that fills the leak path and seals it.
We clean up, patch the ports and give you a record of the repair.
Over 15 years in the field. Injection is all we do, so the person assessing your leak has seen it before, from hairline cracks to running water in manholes.
Yes, in most cases. The resins we use are made to work on wet, actively leaking concrete.
Usually not. We repair from the inside, so there's no excavation.
Usually not. We can schedule work around your building's normal operations.
Yes. We mostly do commercial and municipal work, but we take on residential basements too.
Many single cracks or joints are done in one visit. Bigger jobs, like a whole parkade level, are scheduled in stages around your site.
Done right, it's a long-term fix. The resin stays flexible, so it moves with the concrete instead of breaking loose.
Our injection stops water. It doesn't add strength. If a crack looks structural, we'll tell you and recommend having an engineer look at it first.
It depends on the number of leaks, access and the type of structure. We'll look at it and give you a clear price before any work starts.
